So, I Just Fuck'd Up!

After spending two days on this piece I thought it was looking too clean so I decided to do some sanding and LOOK! I sanded the paint right off! Shit! Ok... OKAY... Ohhhh Keh.

I Looooove GOLD!

So, I just bought a buttload of supplies and bought something I've never worked with - GOLD acrylic! It's really f'n great! I'll keep you updated on the 2 gold pieces I'm startin'.

Nintendo Show Tuesday Night!

So, it's that time again! The 'I am 8-Bit' show at Gallery 1988 (Melrose and LaBrea) will take place Tuesday night 7PM to 10PM. Get there early! Free booze. FREE BOOZE?! Plus alot of amazing art. I got to skeek a peek yesterday and the show is better than it has ever been. Can you say, "Silver and Gold Power Glove in a glass case?!"
Aaaaand there will be a hugemungous operating Atari controller on hand too!

So, finished ANOTHER 8-Bit piece that I will be including. This one I think turned out super nice!
Even if somebody doesn't buy it (hint, hint) I think I'll be happy to hang it in my office.

So, just beat Guitar Hero 2 (on Medium. yeah, I know). Something really weird about watching the Grim Reaper play 'Freebird'.
Oh well, back to work...

So, this piece finally got done tonight! It's 20x30 in acrylics and I've taken on a scraped and used look I think will work quite nice for future pieces, eh? What do y'all think?!
